DO NOT COLOUR IF YOUR CUSTOMER: - HAS A RASH ON THE FACE OR A SENSITIVE, IRRITATED OR DAMAGED SCALP, - HAS ALREADY HAD A REACTION AFTER COLOURING THEIR HAIR, - HAS HAD A REACTION TO A TEMPORARY "BLACK HENNA" TATTOO IN THE PAST. Keep the empty box and the instructions for use in case your customer has a reaction. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1. ALLERGIES CAN DEVELOP UNEXPECTEDLY. FOR THIS REASON, A SKIN SENSITIVITY TEST SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT 48 HOURS BEFORE EACH USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN FOR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY USED COLOURING PRODUCTS. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY THE MANUFACTURER, SKIN SENSITIVITY ASSESSMENT MUST BE CARRIED OUT ON THE BASIS OF AN ALLERGY ALERT TEST, AS FOLLOWS: Apply a small amount of product with cotton wool or swab to a 1cm2 area of clean skin on the inside of the elbow. Leave the area uncovered and undisturbed for 45 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water, gently dry the skin and leave the test area undisturbed for 48 hours. If there are any signs of rash, redness, swelling, burning, itching or otherwise, the product should not be applied and the customer should consult a doctor before re-colouring. In addition, if these signs appear within 45 minutes of application, rinse immediately. The absence of a reaction to this test does not guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur following future hair colouring. However, this test is an important precaution. If in doubt, consult a doctor. 2. IN CASE OF CUSTOMER COLOURING EXPERIENCE - any stinging or burning and/or rash, rinse immediately and discontinue use as this may be an indication of a more serious reaction. DO NOT re-colour hair and advise customer to seek medical advice. - rapidly spreading skin rash, dizziness or fainting, shortness of breath and/or swelling of the eyes/face, rinse immediately and REQUEST THE CUSTOMER TO SEE A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. 3. IF, AFTER COLOURING OR IN THE FOLLOWING DAYS, THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES PROBLEMS SUCH AS ITCH AS ITCHING OF THE SKIN OR SCALP, RASHING OF THE SKIN OR SCALP, SWELLING OF THE EYES/FACE, BLOCKS AND/OR WEeping OF THE SKIN OR SCALP THAT REQUIRE IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER AND THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS BEEN INITIATED TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. PRECAUTIONS - Avoid contact with eyes. - Rinse eyes immediately if product comes into contact with them. - If the customer is wearing contact lenses during application and any product comes into contact with the eyes, have the contact lenses removed first, then rinse immediately with plenty of lukewarm water and seek medical advice. - Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. - Do not use if the customer's scalp is irritated or injured. - Do not inhale or ingest the product. - Wear suitable gloves. - Avoid unnecessary contact with the Skin. - Do not exceed the indicated development time. - Rinse hair thoroughly after application. - Rinse off any Colour splashes on Skin and Textiles immediately. - Do not mix this Colouring with any other product. - The container must be completely empty before disposal. - Keep out of reach of Children.
