How to use it
2 capsules a day to be taken with a large glass of Water. Nervous balance: 1 capsule morning and evening. Night-time rest: 2 capsules in the evening.

Consumption of Valerian may cause reduced alertness: if you are concerned, avoid driving after taking it. If you are taking anti-depressants or sleeping pills, ask your pharmacist for advice before use.
