How to use it
For an optimal efficiency, brush your teeth 2 to 3 minutes after each meal, moving from gums towards teeth. Avoid hard brushes which may damage gums and leave them without protection. The brush must be cleaned and dried properly to reduce the proliferation of bacteria. Replace your brushes regularly.
