How to use it
1 tablet a day preferably in the morning, with a glass of water.

A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women as well as people on anticoagulant therapy. Not suitable for children and teenagers still growing.
