How to use it
2 to 4 tablets a day, swallow with a glass of water preferably in the morning.
It is advisable to start the first 2 days with 1 tablet a day. 3rd and 4th day: 2 tablets a day, then 1 more tablet every 2 days until the desired dose of 4 tablets per day is reached.
