It is also known as the sunshine vitamin as the human body produces when exposed to sunlight.
Well known for regulating calcium levels*, vitamin D ensures a normal bones, teeth, muscle and immune system functioning.
Solgar vitamin D3 is presented in a capsule form suitable for vegetarians.
* Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and the maintenance of normal levels of calcium in the blood.
How to use it
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
