How to use it
Measure elbow circumference.

Make sure your elbow is correctly positioned in the space provided.

Intermediate fabric: Nylon 76%, Spandex 24%.
Hook and loop fastening: Nylon 85%, Spandex 15%.
Taping pattern: Silicone 100%.

Do not use products containing alcohol, chlorine or solvents.
Do not expose the product to direct sources of heat (iron, sunlight, etc.).
