How to use it
Use when going to sleep. Shake well before using. Spray down your throat for at least 1 second. Swallow, then spray down your throat again for at least 1 second. Swallow. Rinse the nozzle after every use.
Only for adults. Silence acts on the noise of snoring and it is not a treatment for sleep apnea.
