YALACTA Securil is the 1st dietary supplement based on propionic bacteria, Propio-Fidus ® and fructo-oligosaccharides.
Propio-Fidus ® is a unique and patented ingredient derived from the combination of 2 particular strains of propionibacterium bacteria (Propionibacterium freudenreichii), which produce propionic acid in the colon. These strains have been rigorously selected and are deposited at the CNCM at the Institut Pasteur.

How to use it
In case of normal or slow transit: take 2 capsules a day, every day.
In case of accelerated transit: take 2 capsules morning and evening.
