How to use it
Dosage: 1 to 2 spray (s) per nostril, 1 to 3 times a day as needed.
• Tilt your head to the side.
• Gently insert the tip into the upper nostril and spray MARIMER Cold Nasopharyngitis.
• Repeat with the other nostril.
• Straighten your head to let the phlegm drain, then wipe off any excess or blow your nose.
