Scots Pine is one of the oldest trees in the world. The resulting essential oil has been recommended for thousands of years for its properties: Breathing (particularly in Winter), draining (soothes heavy legs), atmospheric purifying.

How to use it
Recommended daily dose: 1 drop a day (45mg) in a teaspoonful of Plant oils, for 2 to 5 days maximum.
