How to use it
After each use, clean the product and store it in its pouch. See the instructions for using Pelvi'Tonic+. For optimum results, use Pelvi'tonic + for 3 months, carrying out the exercises indicated in each session.
Instructions for use: Start with Pelvi'Tonic + without a ball (level A) When the device can be held easily (no sensation of gravity in the pelvic floor), increase the weight using the balls supplied. Continue the programme, gradually increasing the weight.
Use the device in 30-minute sessions, once a week. During each session, you can perform the following exercises: - Walk for 1 minute and cough 3 times - Walk up and down two flights of stairs 10 times
