Propolis comes from a resinous substance collected by bees on the buds of certain trees (mainly birch, poplar, willow, and various conifers). Cold, propolis is solid and crumbly.

How to use it
Several times a day, apply the stick into one nostril by closing the other, then deeply inhale. use with caution with children under 7 years old do not use in case of camphor hypersensitivity.
