How to use it

The shampoo left my hair feeling stripped and rough while the conditioner was heavy and silicone-y. I’ve used better products from much smaller brands, unfortunately this isn’t a product I would purchase again

Caused more irritation?[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially using this because my scalp was sore from being dry. I have used it 3 times, 3 days in between, as I usually wash my hair. I have found my scalp is now more sensitive than before! It is tender on the first day, sore on the second, and itchy and tight by the third.
I am not allergic to any of the ingredients, and I have never had a reaction to anything like this before; ergo I believe it to be the product.
Disappointed, as it smells clean and feels nice when using it. I like the slip of the serum, it adds an extra layer of clean to my hair washing technique. I may try the other ranges, but this was a miss for me.
