How to use it
For adults: pour into a glass and add water at room temperature. For optimum dissolution of the fibres and reactivation of the ferments, leave to stand for a few minutes. Maintenance programme: 1 to 2 sachets in the morning on an empty stomach, for a minimum of 10 days. For occasional digestive problems: 1 sachet. During antibiotic treatment, separate the antibiotics and Probiotil Ultra by two hours. After stopping the antibiotics, take one sachet a day for at least two weeks.
For Children: 1 sachet a day.
