How to use it
1. Before switching on the device, point the nozzle of the tip towards the washbasin. Press the on/off button button on the handle to turn on the Power Flosser. Let the water flow into the sink. Turn off the unit when all the water has water has drained. 2. Place the tip of the cannula in your mouth. Lean over the sink and close your lips slightly to avoid splashing. Open your mouth wide enough for the water to flow into the washbasin. 3. Press the on/off button on the handle to turn on the Cordless Power Flosser. 4. Once the Cordless Power Flosser is switched on : Position the cannula tip just above the gum line at a 90° angle. Starting from the back teeth of the upper or lower jaw, slide the cannula tip along the along the gum line and pause briefly between each tooth. Continue cleaning the inside (15 seconds) and outside (15 seconds) of your teeth, for a total of 30 seconds each. Quad Stream technology reinvents interdental cleaning. Removes up to 99.9% of plaque* in the cleaned areas.

Really goodThis is my first such thing and I couldn’t be happier.
Takes a while to get used to using it but it will only get better in the way that you will not splash water everywhere and you will get to do it quicker and quicker till you probably reach the 15 seconds on each side, i still take longer than that but i know i am doing it quicker that the first few times i used it.
You should start with the lower pressure setting first and gradually increase it as you get used to it.
Battery lasts about 4 days till i get the power light flashing and I haven’t tried to check how much longer it lasts after that.

Very poor replacement for previous modelI had two of the previous Phillips cordless flosser - this is very poor substitute in terms of use and efficacy. Why on earth did you discontinue a product that worked so well, was easy to travel with, less messy and more efficient? I've been a Phillips fan for years, now looking at other brands

Great while it is workingWe have tried various flossers and this one has the largest water tank, the most powerful motor and one charge lasts seven days. All good.
Sadly they barely last 12 months before failing. We are now on our third flosser as the electronics keep failing. A bit expensive to replace every 12 months but we can't find anything better.

Great device that clean teeth and gum and the gapsI find it powerful that the water jet burst away any food that left between teeth, was handy to use thanks to the built-in battery and popular usb c charge port. Clean and functional design. It is also easy to pack away in a carry bag, telling you that it’s always ready to go out with you. But unfortunately even before it get the chance to travel with me, it has gone malfunction after 2 months of use. The cause was likely that water gets in and corroded the circuit board. Good news is, I contacted Philips warranty and within a week a new one arrived at the door. Bad news is, I start to suspect that there is a design/manufacturing issue that my other one might be dead within 2-3 months. Opened up to find out why. Start from the bottom of the device body, gulp of water dashed out, lower part of the circuit board see heavy oxidation and corrosion, there was sign of water accumulating at the bottom part of the body. Back of buttons were sealed properly, no risk of water ingress, back of USB C port sealed properly, no risk of water ingress, bottom cover has a rubber ring, no sign of water ingress either. The only part without a seal ring seems to be the top part of the body, where the nozzle connects with the body. Water might get in from there during use and accumulate. But all these is only a rough guess through observation.
I hope they have updated the design and it would last longer. For now, I would either hang it upside down or sit it side way with button facing up after each use.

Worst delivery everReceived a used flosser.Scratches on it.One nozzle missing.Travel bag missing.visible finger prints on it.Water leftovers in the tank.Limescale marks around the nozzle base.Nozzle not sealed!🤬🤬.Definitely the worst company I’ve ever bought from.one star is too much

Fantastic, a really good cleanA bit of practice is required, as another user said it can be messy until you get the hang of it, I sprayed water everywhere. I don't think it's designed for you to look at what you are spraying but once you have the feel of it it's fine. In terms of cleaning it brilliant, I've used the little brushes for between your teeth since to see how clean the gaps are and it really does the job. Not much else to say, simple and works, I only use it on the high setting.

Beautiful but not as functional as it shouldAfter trying the Waterpik cordless version I have to say that the Philips one doesn’t clean even close. Is in another league.
On the other hand the Philips one has much better battery and USB port, but unfortunately its main purpose which is cleaning is not as effective.

Works as it shouldThe dentist kept on at me to floss more, and never got round to it, then thought about a power flossy.
And now l have one, l trend to use it every day sometimes even twice, and it's amazing how much stuff it get from between your teeth, which will keep my dentist happy, and and going forwards less problems with my teeth.
