Plant Vitamin D3 contains 1000IU essential for our immune system and bone health. Recommended daily intake: 1000 to 2000 IU. - Optimal absorption: this fat-soluble vitamin is enriched with an extra-virgin organic rapeseed oil for an optimal absorption. How to use it
From 4 years old. 1 drop per day for children under 15 (1000 IU). 1 to 2 drops per day for adults (1000 to 2000 IU). Shake before use. Take 1 to 2 drops per day.
