Vitamin D, D3 or "cholecalciferol" to the scientists, is a fat-soluble vitamin with multiple functions. Already well known to the general public, it plays an important role in regulating immune function*. As well as a healthy, balanced diet, additional vitamin D can be useful in cases of deficiency, particularly when the Sun is lacking, as in autumn and Winter.
*Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

How to use it
1/2 tablet a day to be swallowed with a glass of Water.

Ingredients : Compressing agent: acacia gum, Bulking agent: maltodextrin, Emulsifier: modified starch, Sunflower oil, Antioxidants: ascorbic acid, alphatocopherol, Anticaking agent: magnesium stearate, Acidifier: tricalcium phosphate, vitamin D3.
Nutritional analysis for 1/2 tablet:
Ortho D3 4000 contains 4,000 IU = 100 µg (2000% AR) of vitamin D per tablet.
Ortho D3 4000 is split in two and therefore contains 2,000 IU = 50 µg (1000% AR) of vitamin D per ½ tablet.
50 µg vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, 1000% RA)
