How to use it
Take for 20 days 1 ampula before the evening meal in a large glass of water.
To break the ampula, first shake it and then break the end with a paper towel.
Place the ampula over a glass and then break off the other end to pour the contents of the ampoule into the glass.
Add water to the glass, stir and drink.
Renew if necessary.
