Its action on joints and bones comes from manganese; the addition of glucosamine and chondroitin, 2 major constituents of cartilage whose natural production by the human body diminishes with age, completes this formula perfectly.

How to use it
Shake before use. As required, take 1 to 2 20 ml measuring caps a day, preferably before meals.
