Rosemary verbenone is one of the chemotypes of the Rosmarinus officinalis species found in wild populations of rosemary, particularly in Corsica, and is easy to grow. Its essential oil, composed mainly of 1,8-cineole and verbenone, is particularly recommended in cases of respiratory problems.

How to use it
Dilute 100 drops in 100ml of Plant oils.
Diffusion into the air.
Inhalation: 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water.
In the Bath: 20 drops diluted in a bath base.
Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoonful of honey, left to melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day.
In the kitchen: To make an aromatic, digestive oil, add 15 drops of Rosemary essential oil to half a litre of olive oil.
