On a daily basis, atmospheric diffusion using an electric diffuser creates a state of well-being and relaxation that encourages communication between people who are often under stress. Diffused in a bedroom for 30 minutes before bedtime, it will induce a calm, peaceful and restorative sleep.
Directions: 2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral base (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).
