Propolis, which protects the Beehive from microbes, is a powerful broad-spectrum disinfectant, the "ancestor of antibiotics".
It is produced in 2 stages:
1 - Harvested in early spring by foragers from the buds of certain trees 2 - In the hive, mixed by the workers with wax and salivary secretions.
Green propolis gets its Colour and its virtues from the tree from which it is harvested: Rosemary or Baccharis, a South American shrub particularly rich in terpenes.

How to use it
