How to use it
From 12 to 18 years old: 1 capsule per day for 5 days per week, to be repeated every week during the sensitive period. If necessary increase to 2 capsules per day for 5 days per week, to repeat for 8 weeks. For adults: 2 capsules per day for 5 days per week, to be repeated every week during the sensitive period. If necessary increase to 4 capsules per day for 5 days per week, to repeat for 8 weeks.
