How to use it
Nutri® 06 is only for L'Homme.
Chew each nutri 2 times a day outside of mealtimes. One box for one month.
2 ways of taking Nutri :
-Associative Nutripuncture": To Yin nutri Yang we add the nutrients needed to restore the disturbed meridians.
-Sequential Nutripuncture": 5 nutrients in a precise order, sometimes followed by 5 other nutrients without ever using the Yin nutri Yang (only a trained practitioner can give you this).
