A dietary supplement based on fish oil, minerals, vitamins, melatonin and S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe). Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep* and reduce the effects of jet lag**. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.
*Beneficial effect obtained by taking 1mg of melatonin before bedtime. **Beneficial effect obtained by consuming at least 0.5mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Ingredients: Fish oil with docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), tunic: fish skin gelatin , calcium carbonate, soya oil, humectant: glycerol, marine Magnesium oxide, thickener : beeswax, zinc citrate,S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe) obtained by yeast fermentation (does not contain yeast),D-alpha tocopherol of natural origin (vitamin E), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.
Nutritional analysis for 1 capsule:
