How to use it
In case of nervousness or one hour before a stressful event, take 1 orodispersible tablet, to be melted under the tongue. Take up to 3 tablets a day at any time. Water is not required, making it easier to take.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: dose for 1 orodispersible tablet: Lactium® 100 mg; marine Magnesium 67.7 mg (18% of NRV); vitamin B6 0.2 mg (15% of NRV); zinc 1.5 mg (15% of NRV). dosage per 3 orodispersible tablets: Lactium® 300 mg; marine Magnesium 203 mg (54% of NRV); vitamin B6 0.6 mg (45% of NRV); zinc 4.5 mg (45% of NRV).
Adults and Children aged 10 and over. During pregnancy and when breast-feeding, ask your health professional for advice before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
