Scleranthus: Bach Flower for decision-making
The Bach Flower Scleranthus comes from a plant called annual scleranthus. A member of the carnation family, scleranthus is a small plant found over a wide area, not only in Europe, but also in North America, northern and western Asia and northern Africa. Measuring between 5 and 20 cm, this plant likes sandy soil and thrives easily in fields and mountain meadows. Scleranthus can be found at altitudes of up to 2,000 metres, and is a plant that likes semi-shaded areas and is not afraid of the cold, as it can survive in the snow.
This bushy, filiform plant grows in a haphazard fashion, appearing to have no specific purpose or direction. Its roots are very extensive and show a desire to get involved in their Environment. The scleranthus is strong, able to gather all its flowers on its central stem. Green in colour, its flowers are very fragrant and no larger than 5 millimetres. Scleranthus generally flowers from May to September.

How to use it
Fleurs de Bach® Original are taken orally.
2 drops in a glass of Water or on the tongue 4 times a day.
