Our Manuka honey comes exclusively from the South Island of New Zealand, less industrialised, less polluted, it offers our honey a superior quality potentiated by our method of biological preparation.
It is extremely pure, uncut, unmodified, we guarantee the highest rate of pollen from Manuka (between 80 and 95% which are the highest rates in the world), the remaining percentages are from pollen bio honeydew, dandelion or clover.
This pollen level far exceeds the recommended norm in New Zealand which is 60%, a high Manuka pollen rate provides you with an unparalleled and consistent guarantee.
Our honey is not granular, nor quality changing, it comes from a craft practice that connoisseurs will appreciate.
Our Manuka honey is certified organic, our hives are located in a region several tens of kilometers away from any other farm.
It contains no trace of chemicals or pesticides. Our bees are not fed on sugar from Indonesia, but fed on organic honey.
During preparation, the temperature is never raised above 28 ° C to preserve the exceptional qualities of honey. Our honey is not pasteurized, it keeps all its enzymes intact, unlike traditional methods, its antioxidant properties fight against some free radicals.
