How to use it
Do not use the product for more than 20 minutes each time. Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying. COLD: place the Masks in the freezer for at least 2 hours. When ready to use, wrap the mask in a clean cloth before applying. The Masks can be kept in the freezer so that they are always ready to use. WARM: the Masks should be at room temperature before use. Microwave oven: place the mask in the centre of a clean microwave oven. Respect the following heating conditions: 10 seconds at 700W or 5 seconds at 1000W. Knead the Masks until the temperature is uniform. If the temperature of the Masks still does not seem optimal, repeat the operation for a further 5 seconds.

Safety precautions: Do not overheat. Do not leave unattended during heating. To avoid burns, put the mask aside until it reaches a temperature your skin can tolerate. Check the condition of your Skin frequently during use. Do not use while sleeping. Do not use on damaged or injured Skin. Do not use on skin that is insensitive to heat or cold. Children must be supervised when using this product. Do not use on Children under the age of 3. Do not apply extra pressure to the Masks. Do not swallow. Do not use for any purpose other than that intended. For external use only. Keep out of reach of Children and pets. Do not use if the Masks are damaged or torn. In the event of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice. If symptoms persist or if you experience discomfort, a burning sensation, swelling, a skin rash or any other change, stop using the product and consult a doctor. If you are in any doubt about which treatment to use, consult your doctor. Heating beyond the indicated conditions of use may damage the product.
