Cooling instructions :

Heating instructions (microwave) :

1. Start with a pouch at room temperature.
2. Wrap the pouch in the cloth pouch and place it in the centre of a clean microwave turntable (without touching the sides). Make sure that all additional microwave functions are deactivated, such as the "grill" function.
3. Place in the microwave for the time indicated on the packaging.
4. If more heat is required, reheat for the additional time indicated on the packaging, at regular intervals, until the desired temperature is reached for comfortable use.
Before reheating, check whether any parts of the pouch are too hot (this usually occurs at the edge of the pouch) and knead the pouch to even out the temperature, then turn it over and reheat in the microwave.
5. Always lightly feel the pouch to determine safe, even heat levels before use to avoid burns.

Heating instructions (with hot water) :

1. Start with a pouch at room temperature.
2. Place pouch (without fabric cover) in hot (not boiling) water (suggested temperature below 60 degrees Celsius) until desired temperature is reached.
3. Wipe the bag dry and place it in the cloth pouch for application. Always lightly palpate the pouch to determine safe, uniform heat levels before each use to avoid burns.
