Tiredness, nervousness, muscle tiredness are the first signs of an insufficient intake of magnesium. Mag 2 45 Tablets + 15 Free Tablets is a food supplement with magnesium and vitamin B6.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 participate to the reduction of tiredness and contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to a normal muscle function.
The bilayer technology allows a gradual release of magnesium in the body for a better assimilation: - the first layer: release actives just after absorption for an immediate availability, - the second layer: in contact with liquids, forms a matrix around the actives that will spread gradually over time.

How to use it
1 tablet per day to take with a large glass of water, preferably when eating, to take during 6 weeks, to renew if necessary.

Ne pas prendre Mag2 24h en cas d'insuffisance rénale sévère, d'allergie à l'un des composants contenus dans Mag2 24h. Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée. Ne remplace pas une alimentation variée et équilibrée, ni un mode de vie sain. Une consommation excessive peut entrainer des effets laxatifs. Garder hors de portée des enfants.
