How to use it

Ingredients: fish oil rich in Omegas 3 (DHA) - fish gelatin, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), firming agent: glycerol (E422), sunflower seed oil, lutein suspended at 20% in safflower oil, thickener: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), zinc sulphate, tocopherols rich in d-alpha tocopherol (natural vitamin E) in sunflower oil, 14% liquid zeaxanthin in safflower oil (extract of tagetes erecta), colourings: iron oxide (e172), potassium aluminium silicate (e555), titanium dioxide (e171), copper sulphate monohydrate
