Today, one billion people worldwide have a vitamin D deficiency (Vitamin D defi ciency, The new England journal of medicine, July 2009). How to use it
Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning with breakfast.
GRANIONS® Vitamin D3 may be recommended for young Children. To improve absorption, it is advisable to open the capsule to incorporate the active ingredients into the food (cream desserts, compote, milky desserts, etc.).
Compositions & ingredients

Bulking agent: rice starch, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, vegetable Vitamin D3 (maltodexrine, modified starch, sucrose, silicon dioxide, D alpha tocopherol (soya) ascorbyl palmitate).
Capsule: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
