Description
Before exams when you're a student, during a period of intense intellectual activity at work or simply when you want to improve your concentration, there are many occasions when you want to support your learning and memory capacities.
On a daily basis, we use three types of memory: sensory memory, short-term memory and long-term memory. Each is used according to the nature and purpose of the information received. Sensory memory is the most immediate. It is also very brief. It is the memory of a Face you see in the street (visual memory), or a telephone number you hear (auditory memory). It does not last. Short-term memory, on the other hand, is in constant use. It allows us to retain up to 7 items of information on average, but disappears fairly quickly. It is the long-term memory that enables us to retain memories and learning over a long period, even for life. It is this long-term memory that we most need to exercise and support, as its reliability diminishes with age.
With this in mind, and based on current knowledge of memory mechanisms, Laboratoire Léro has designed Léro Synaptiv. Léro Synaptiv will provide you with the micro-nutrients you need to maintain intellectual alertness and normal cognitive performance.

How to use it
1 capsule a day for 2 to 3 months.
A few tips to help improve your memory and concentration: - Get enough sleep, as it is during sleep that the brain consolidates the information received during the day. - Exercise your memory: memorise telephone numbers, memorise your shopping list. Think about changing your usual routes by car or on foot from time to time. Do mental arithmetic whenever possible. Play games that require concentration and memory: chess, crosswords, any logic or strategy game, memorise the names of capital cities, etc. - Eat a diet rich in fruit, vegetables and fish and low in saturated fats.
Food Supplements should not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Follow the instructions for use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young Children.
