Lecitone CNS (docosahexanoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are omega-3 fatty acids that are naturally found in certain fish and plants. These are polyunsaturated fatty acids that must be brought in daily by the diet. DHA is particularly abundant in the brain and participates in its normal functioning. The beneficial effect on the brain is achieved by consuming 250mg of DHA per day.
The EPAX quality oil is obtained exclusively from wild fish, caught in virgin areas of any industry, and according to the requirements of the eco-responsible fishing (marine species not threatened). EPAX is a registered trademark of Epax Norway AS.

How to use it
1 to 3 capsules a day, preferably in the evening during the meal, to swallow with a large glass of water. Renew if necessary.
