The Italian helichrysis essential oil helps to breathe more freely.
This essential oil is also used to promote good circulation and beauty of the legs. It is also used in case of bumps or bruises, even old ones.

How to use it
Recommended use to spray in the atmosphere: Diffusion: pour a few drops into a diffuser of essential oils adapted.
Possible use for the beauty of the legs: Massage: 40 to 60 drops diluted in 100ml of neutral vegetable oil, in massages from the bottom to the top of the leg.

Do not exceed the indicated dose. Do not ingest. Never broadcast continuously (per period of 10 min / 20 min maximum per hour). Avoid diffusion in the presence of pregnant women or children under 8 years of age. Avoid release into the environment. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces. Avoid treatment with anticoagulants.
