How to use it
2 capsules to be swallowed once a day, 20 minutes before a meal, with a large glass of Water. Do not open the capsule.

Nutritional analysis for 2 capsules: Lactobacillus gasseri LA806 10 .109
For optimum results, Lactiplus should be taken for a minimum of 4 weeks. Lactiplus should be taken 4 hours before or after an antibiotic. If you forget to take Lactiplus, do not double the dose. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 25ºC.

What is irritable bowel syndrome?
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a chronic disorder of the digestive system that affects the colon or large intestine. IBS is also known as functional colopathy, nervous colitis or irritable bowel syndrome. Symptoms of IBS include abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea or alternating between the two, as well as flatulence and abnormal bowel movements.
The exact cause of IBS is not known, but several factors may contribute to its development, such as stress, diet, hormonal imbalances, visceral sensitivity or disturbance of the intestinal flora. Although IBS is not considered serious, it can significantly affect quality of life and be very embarrassing for sufferers. There is no miracle cure for IBS, but some microbiotic-based treatments can help relieve symptoms, including lifestyle changes, improved diet and behavioural therapies.
