How to use it
Take the pure drops directly into the mouth or mixed with food (yoghurt, compote...). Before the age of 5: take 2 drops a day (400 IU) From 5 to 10 years: take 3 drops a day (600 IU) From the age of 10: take 5 drops a day (1000 IU)
