Let yourself be transported to the bustling streets of the Middle East with our Iswari Falafel mix. Quick and easy to prepare, this delicious mix can be eaten as a nutritious snack or as the main course of a balanced meal.
Free from gluten and additives, this preparation is made from a combination of chickpeas, Oats, nutritional yeast, seeds and spices, among others, and not only provides a healthy and delicious meal, it is also a source of Proteins, Vitamin B12 and Calcium and is rich in Copper, Manganese and Vitamins B1, B3 and B9.
How to use it
Mix 50g of the preparation with 50ml of warm Water. Leave to hydrate for 10 minutes. With wet hands, shape the falafels.
Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook the falafel on both sides until crispy. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place the falafels on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and bake for approximately 20-25 min.
