Hübner Iron VITAL contains iron and Vitamin C for an adequate supply of iron. Iron and Vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism and reduce fatigue.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, as well as to the normal transport of Oxygen in the body. Iron plays a role in cell division and Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

How to use it
For optimum iron absorption, drink about 1 hour before a meal. Use the measuring spoon included.
