Oemine natural iron is well tolerated by our body. Corrects iron deficiencies. -Yeast allows for a good absorption and limits digestive problems induced by this trace element. -Enriched with Spirulina, a microscopic algae containing amino acids and iron. Iron deficiencies occur mainly during periods of growth, pregnancy, breastfeeding and menstruation and can be marked by general fatigue, dizziness, sensitivity to infections, hair loss and brittle nails.
