CYSTINIL® Flash is a reinforced and highly dosed formula containing 3g of D-Mannose.
D-Mannose is a sugar naturally present in the body. It has a natural anti-adhesion capacity which allows the elimination of bacteria responsible for urinary discomfort.
In association with D-Mannose, CYSTINIL® Flash contains Cranberry titrated in Proanthocyanidins (PACs), at 72 mg PACs.
Health authorities recommend a dosage of 36 mg of PACs per day. The dosage of 72 mg (36 mg twice a day) provides a prolonged action.
Cranberry helps fight urinary tract infections by preventing bacteria from adhering to the bladder walls. This helps to limit and prevent discomfort.
Hibiscus is a plant with a diuretic effect. It encourages urinary elimination and contributes to the smooth functioning of the urinary system. It therefore helps to improve a woman's overall urinary comfort.
Heather is also a plant with a diuretic effect and is traditionally used for urinary discomfort. It allows urinary elimination and proper functioning of the urinary tract, thus contributing to urinary comfort.

How to use it
Use at the first signs of discomfort. 2 sticks a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, diluted in a glass of water (200 ml). Mix well with a spoon. Drink plenty of Water throughout the day.
