Using IBSA FilmTec technology, IBSA has developed a new range of Food Supplements in the form of orodispersible films.
The new formulations consist of an ultra-thin strip of small dimensions (thickness: 50-150 pm); once deposited on the tongue, the film dissolves in a few seconds, guaranteeing rapid bioavailability of the active ingredient.
