A dietary supplement containing GLA1, DHA2, EPA3, Vitamins and Minerals.
Balanced intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants:
- Polyunsaturated fatty acids that act on tear film5: long-chain Omegas 3 (DHA2 and EPA3) and Omegas 6 (GLA1)
- Antioxidants: Vitamin E (100% of NRV4) and Vitamin C (84% of NRV)
- Enzyme cofactor minerals: Zinc, Copper
How to use it
One capsule a day, to be taken with a glass of Water, preferably with meals.
Use for renewable periods of 3 months.

Hydrofta is not indicated for Children under 15.
Hydrofta contains beta-carotene. Studies have shown that high doses (over 20 mg/day) of beta-carotene may be harmful to the health of smokers. The beta-carotene content of Hydrofta is much lower than this dose.
Hydrofta is a food supplement and cannot replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
