You can ingest this honey with essential oils pure or diluted in a hot drink.

How to use it
Melt before use. From 7 to 12 years : 1 teaspoon (5ml) in a hot drink (milk/water, thyme infusion), 2 to 3 times per day, during 3 days. > 12 years and adults : 1 teaspoon (5ml) in a hot drink (milk/water, thyme infusion), 2 to 3 times per day, during 3 days. Breastfeeding : 1 teaspoon (5ml) in a hot drink (milk/water, thyme infusion), 2 to 3 times per day, during 3 days.
Keep out of reach of young children. Do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not suitable for children under 7 years of age and pregnant women. Store at room temperature.
