How to use it
We recommend taking Granions® Transit Complex gradually: - Consume 1 dose (5 g) per day in a large glass of water (200 ml). - For younger children, it is possible to reduce to ½ dose (2.5 g) per day in a large glass of water (200 ml).
Granions® Transit Complex can be taken in a variety of ways:
- Hot or cold drinks (coffee, tea, juice, etc.) - Hot or cold food (soup, yoghurt, compote, etc.) - Preparations (cooking or blending) This jar allows you to prepare 58 portions of 5 grams each.

This food supplement should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young Children. Do not use if you are taking medication at the same time, if you have undiagnosed rectal bleeding or if you are unable to defecate as a result of using this product laxatives, abnormal narrowing of the gastro-intestinal tract, oesophageal and cardiac diseases, potential or existing intestinal blockage, intestinal paralysis or megacolon, swallowing disorders. Not recommended for Children under 6, pregnant or breast-feeding women. If you are taking medication, ask your health professional for advice.
