Recent studies show that we consume more Omega-6 (derived mainly from animal fats) than Omega-3 (mainly derived from fish fats). According to the national recommendations this ratio should be close to 5 whereas currently it would be rather close to 10. This imbalance would be potentially linked to dysfunctions in our organization.

How to use it
Take 4 capsules daily, in one to two doses, preferably at the beginning of the meal.
Program of 2 months minimum.
The doses can be reduced to 2 capsules per day after 2 months.
