FORTÉZEN STRESS 12H is based on chronobiology and is a solution for people who are going through a stressful period, who are tired both mentally and physically, or who want to regain their balance. FORTÉZEN STRESS 12H offers a complete formula in a double-release, two-layer tablet: - an immediate release to give you a stress-free start to the day: the first layer of the tablet releases rhodiola to improve physical and mental resistance to overwork and reduce the negative impact of stress. This adaptogenic plant enables the body to adapt to different states of stress and respond as effectively as possible to these situations. It is complemented by schisandra. - a prolonged release lasting up to 12 hours to act throughout the day: the second layer of the tablet releases marine Magnesium, which helps to reduce fatigue(2) and improve emotional balance(3). It is combined with ashwagandha, a leading adaptogenc plant, and Vitamins B3 and B6 for a balanced nervous system(3). (1)Rhodiola helps reduce the negative impact of stress and promotes physical and mental resistance. (2)Magnesium helps reduce fatigue. (3)Vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to normal psychological functions and the functioning of the nervous system.

How to use it
Take 1 tablet a day in the morning with a large glass of Water (200 ml).

Ingredients: (mg per daily dose) : Stabilising agents (hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, sodium-crosslinked carboxymethylcellulose and polyvinylpolypyrrolidone), bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), dried extract of Schisandra (Schisandra;chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.) (200 mg equivalent to 1000 mg PE), magnesium oxide, dried extract of Rhodiola rosea (Sedum roseum (L.) Scop.) (100 mg equivalent to 500 mg PE), thickening agents (sodium alginate, xanthan gum), anti-caking agents (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicium dioxide), ashwagandha dry extract (Withania somnifera Dunal) 50 mg equivalent to 500 mg EP, concentrated spirulina powder [trehalose**, spirulina concentrate (Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler)], Vitamins (B3 and B6).
