Supplementation might therefore be necessary to ensure the body gets what it needs.
Formag Sticks contain magnesium in the form of Hypro Ri (R) mag and magnesium citrate.
In adults, vitamin B6 and magnesium help the nervous system work normally and reduce tiredness.
In children, vitamin D3 helps normal growth and bone development.

How to use it
Formag Stick is for use by children and adults.
Pour the contents of a stick into a glass of water, fruit juice or a fruit puree and mix well before consuming.
Children 3-12 years of age: 1 stick per day.
